Seriousness of Purpose
There is a
presumption that every student enrolled in the Southern
University Law Center enters with a seriousness of purpose
concerning class attendance, preparation, and participation
in the academic life of the Law Center. Any student who
enters the Law Center without that seriousness of purpose or
who fails to maintain it after matriculation will be removed
from the student body after proper and due proceedings.
Any student may be
dropped from the Law Center for other just cause after
notice and hearing.
