Courses taught: mineral rights, international law, federal jurisdiction and procedure, criminal procedure. Louisiana sales and leases, basic civil procedure, seminar in comparative law, seminar in advanced international law, alternative dispute resolution, local government, law and professional responsibilities
 

Joining the Law Center faculty in 1989, Prof. Ernest S. Easterly, III, has been a full professor since 1998. He earned a B.A. and a Ph.D. from Louisiana State University and his J.D. from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
