Dr. Paul Race joined the
Law Center faculty in 2003 as a visiting
professor. Race, formerly in private
practice in Durham, North Carolina, earned
his juris doctorate in 1997 from Duke
University School of Law. While at Duke, he
was a member of the Moot Court Board and the
Dean’s Advisory Council and was a Jack M.
Knight Scholar.
He earned a bachelor’s
degree in biology from Rice University in
Houston, Texas, and an M.D. in 1985 from the
University of Texas Medical Branch,
Galveston, Texas. Race has specialized in
non-profit and small business law, as well
as medical malpractice, personal injury, and
insurance fraud. |
