Tracie J. Woods joined the Law Center faculty in 2008 as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Legal Analysis and Writing. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Southern University at Baton Rouge, Louisiana, her Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Atlanta University and her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University-Bloomington.
Prior to joining the Law Center, she was Special Assistant for Legal Affairs at City College in New York, New York, and served as General Counsel for both West Insurance Group and WES Health Systems in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Tracie Woods is actively involved in several professional and public services organizations.
