From the Desk of the Chancellor…

I am inordinately proud of the many successes we have celebrated which have heightened the Law Center's national prominence and visibility. Last year, we were ranked No. 1 by U.S. News and World Report in "law degrees with most value at graduation," and 4th among 10 most popular law programs following Yale, Brigham Young, and Harvard Law Schools by U.S. News.

We're on the cusp of becoming elite in terms of our students, faculty, and staff. If we are to continue this momentum, we must turn to you our graduates to increase the private financial support of our efforts.

In Fall 2011, we celebrated our largest enrollment ever with 718 law students. However, a growth in enrollment presents a greater number of students in financial need and an opportunity to expand the programmatic services provided at SULC.

There is an old saying that success has many fathers, while failure is an orphan. By supporting the Law Center through the Annual Fund, Chancellor's Circle, or Judicial Wall of Fame you will play a vital role in creating a NEW future for the Law Center, which in turn will enhance the value of your law degree.

Please make a gift to the Southern University Law Center. Whether it's $10 or $1,000, your contribution will count and has value. There's a quick and easy way to make your gift through our Online Giving Program, with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit or debit card. SULC Online Giving

To make a gift by check, please mail a check made payable to Southern University System Foundation, noting SULC in the memo section, to:
