The staff of the
Office of Financial Aid is committed to
making every effort to assist students in
meeting the cost of their legal education.
The key to obtaining financial aid is
understanding the financial aid process.
Students are encouraged to pursue all
avenues to seek financial assistance for
their legal education, including
scholarships, loans, and work-study, and the
personnel in the Office of Financial Aid,
including the director of financial aid and
coordinator of operations, will assist in
this effort.
If you are interested in applying for
financial aid at the Law Center, you must
complete and submit all applications and
materials for loans or work-study available
in the financial aid packet. This packet may
be obtained from the financial aid office
located in Suite 100 on the first floor of
A.A. Lenoir Hall.
Other
services and activities of the Office of
Financial Aid
Financial aid seminars
to
provided information relative to new and
existing rules, regulation and any new
requirements for processing financial aid
for the upcoming academic year.
Exit interviews
for
graduating students in regard to their
financial aid. Emphases are placed on
student's rights and responsibilities
regarding repayment of loans. Students are
provided information on types of payment
plans.
