The Law Center can accept valuable art or other objects, historical documents, manuscripts, equipment and other gifts of this kind. If you donate such valuable objects, you may claim a charitable income tax deduction and you will know that your gifts will be treated with care and protected by the Law Center. For more information on making an in-kind gift, contact Tanya Freeman.
Planned gifts include those designated in a donor’s will, as well as some that can provide a donor with income for life. For more information, contact Tanya Freeman.
JUDICIAL WALL OF FAME
The Southern University Law Center Judicial Wall of Fame is a testament to the contributions our graduates have made to the Judiciary. Recognition of these individuals brings pride to the Law Center and inspires fellow alumni and current students to strive for the same level of excellence and achievements in the legal profession.
ENDOWED CHAIR & PROFESSORSHIP
An endowed chair or professorship is the highest academic award that the Southern University Law Center bestows on a faculty member. It serves both to honor to the faculty holder and as an enduring tribute to the donor who establishes it.
Building our legacy one brick at a time. As alumni and friends, you are the foundation upon which the Southern University Law Center thrives. Your support creates a timeless message for future generations of students, educators, and leaders.
ALUMNI & FRIENDS ROUND-UP
The Alumni & Friends Round-Up is a annual event at Southern University Law Center. The event provides an opportunity for alumni to congregate, attend presentations, and interact with current students.
