Office of Financial Aid Launches SULC’s MAX Madness 2026 Competition
Southern University Law Center’s (SULC) Office of Financial Aid is calling on students to step up for MAX Madness 2026, a nationwide challenge powered by AccessLex Institute through its MAX by AccessLex® personal finance program.
From now through March 31, law schools across the country are competing for the highest student engagement with MAX, an interactive financial education platform designed specifically for law students. Every lesson completed, webinar attended, and on-campus workshop joined earns points for SULC. But the biggest rewards could land directly in students’ pockets.
On April 1, nine students nationwide will be selected in the MAX Grand Prize Scholarship drawing to receive substantial financial awards. The prizes include six $25,000 scholarships, two per class year (1L, 2L, and 3L), and three $40,000 scholarships, one per class year. For many students, that level of support could significantly ease the financial burden of legal education.
On March 31, the top four participating schools will earn a school scholarship to award internally, receive a gleaming glassware trophy, and secure a coveted championship spot in the 2026 MAX Madness Final Four.
Students can login or register for an AskEDNA account, complete MAX lessons tailored to their class year and participate in upcoming webinars and workshops.
