Daniella Jones

Daniella is Senior Counsel, Content and Media at Peloton Interactive, where she spearheads the legal vertical for content, production, and talent relations.
Prior to joining Peloton, Daniella was Counsel at Endeavor where she supported the 160over90 creative agency business. In this capacity, Daniella analyzed and assessed the business and legal risks associated with the entertainment-marketing sector (including live event production, experiential activations, influencer marketing, sponsorships and partnerships, advertising, public relations, and branded content).
Before entering entertainment, marketing and technology, Daniella was an associate based in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Her practice focused on complex corporate transactions, particularly real estate finance.
In 2019, Daniella was honored by Diverse Representation as a Rising Star in the entertainment industry. In 2017, Daniella was handpicked by Cleary Gottlieb’s partnership to serve as a fellow in the New York City Bar Association’s inaugural Associate Leadership Institute.
In addition, Daniella has always been a pioneering and disruptive advocate for diversity, inclusion, and equity. While at Cleary, Daniella served as head of the Black Affinity Group and founded a meditation programming series for associate, partners, and firm personnel. While at Endeavor, Daniella co-founded Endeavor’s first ever employee resource group (Endeavor Black Collective) and worked with senior management to establish a diversity and inclusion function across Endeavor’s portfolio of companies (including programming, recruiting and retention initiatives, mentorship programs and business development opportunities with Black owned brands and businesses).
Daniella received her J.D. from NYU School of Law and her B.A. in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania with a minor in Africana Studies.
