David has successfully signed and represented players in the NBA, the NFL, Professional Boxing and Track and Field. He has also advised athletes and companies in E-sports. David has a strong business law practice and has advised athletes, companies, and other high-profile individuals on business matters. He has worked closely with many start-up companies and has served as primary outside counsel advising them on a wide range of legal issues.
