Diana holds the distinction of being the inaugural Community Manager in Louisiana and successfully launched the first community center in the South Region for JP Morgan Chase. The Gentilly Community Center opened in 2021 and has hosted several educational workshops focused on financial education, homeownership, and resources for entrepreneurs. She actively serves as a community advocate, building relationships with essential community leaders, nonprofit partners, and businesses. Her work contributes to the advancement of racial equity by supplying tools and resources to enhance the financial wellbeing of Black, Hispanic, and Latino communities.
Diana has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, holding various positions including Multisite Branch Manager. In this role, she built and led teams to foster consumer and business relationships. Recently, she lent her ability to the JP Morgan Service Corp team, supporting nonprofit organizations in creating sustainable operation and making positive impact on communities they serve.
Diana has conducted financial education workshops for several organizations including Thrive New Orleans, Café Reconcile, Neighborhood Development Foundation and City of Love Church. These organizations serve diverse community members and are committed to moving New Orleans forward.
Diana belongs to the Krewe of Harmonia, a Mardi Gras organization exclusively for women that celebrates diversity and various cultural backgrounds. She currently serves on the board of The Alzheimer’s Association Louisiana Chapter. Diana is a New Orleans native where she has a passion for football.
Diana earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations from Tulane University’s School of Continuing Studies and a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana.
