Earle B. Seagle

Earle B. Seagle IV is a Spring 2017 graduate of Southern University Law Center, having graduated with a dual J.D. and Public Administration degree. While at SULC, Earle was a contributing member of SULC’s Journal Race, Gender, and Poverty. Since graduating from SULC, Earle has forged a career path in the Labor & Employment Law sector.
Currently, Earle is a Manager, Employee Relations for The Walt Disney Company. At Disney, Earle is responsible for Title VII investigations for Disney Media Entertainment Distribution (“DMED”) segment which includes Disney Entertainment, Disney Music Group (“DMG”), Hulu, ESPN, ABC Network (national & Internationally), and etc.
Prior to Disney, Earle began his career by working for the Los Angeles County Equity Oversight Panel (“CEOP”), where he conducted Title VII investigation on the behalf of County Departments and Employees.
