Wireless access is available as "guest" to accessing internet resources.

What About Guest Speakers/Lecturers Who Need Use the Computer But Don’t Have An Account

Simple, you, a student, another faculty or staff member can login using that person’s account.  Once logged-in, the speaker may then use the computer under that account.

When finished, don’t forget to logout.

What If I Have An Event With Several Speakers and Several Of Them Have PowerPoints or Other Documents To Display on the Computer

Simple, ask the speakers with presentations or documents to send those to you by email or other means.  You can then load them to your ‘U’ drive and access them from the classroom using your account.
