Isiah Reese serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Blaze Fire Games, a licensed digital asynchronous and synchronous gaming and esports career pathway provider that connects users with a variety of creative talent and skills across the esports industry. The company’s mission is to introduce a diverse group of participants to career pathway resources that enable them to prepare to compete as an entrepreneur or intrapreneur personally and professionally in the gaming and esports industry.

Isiah is one of only 100 African Americans certified in the United States as a digital marketing professional. He is also a Ty Boyd Institute certified Global Speaker and a Global Published Author of “From the School of Business to Corporate America.”
In 2016, he was honored by South Carolina State University as an inductee into the School of Business Alumnus Hall of Fame. Additionally, he was recognized by Grace Magazine as being one of the top 100 most influential African Americans executives.
Isiah is the Founder and Chairman of My Kid Biz, a free financial literacy program for kids ages 10-18. He is also the Executive sponsor for 100 African-American Males in the college program he founded entitled “Men in Motion,” which has a 100% successful graduation rate through Central Carolina Technical College in his hometown of Sumter, South Carolina. He was the 2014 recipient of the Hampton University Dr. William R. Harvey Leadership Institute award, received the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Achievement award for top black executives, has launched a national hire Microsoft recruiting program on 106 HBCU campuses in the United States (STEM), is a Black Executive Exchange speaker through the Urban League for HBCUs and received the top Visiting Professors Award in 2014 through the Urban League program.
Isiah is a former Microsoft spokesperson for the annual Whitehouse HBCU President’s conference through the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He was featured in Southern University at New Orleans for its documentary “The Past became a Bright Future” which explored outcomes through technology from the impact of Hurricane Katrina. Isiah has served as an annual Omega Psi Phi Fraternity speaker for its Youth Leadership Conference that serves over 700 African American males between the ages of 10-18, and 500 single parents. He is called upon as a speaker by the National Urban League for its annual conference symposium and received the “Game Changer” award by Black Aeronautical Professionals (Black Pilots) for STEM.
Isiah currently serves on the Board of Directors for the MEAC esports League Blaze Fire Games, Tennessee State University esports club, Benedict College Sports Management Executive Visiting esports scholar, Giving is Essential Gift- Non-Profit, Attorney Ricky Anderson Entertainment Law Institute, My Kid Biz Financial Literacy Program, Men in Motion Minority Youth Mentoring Organization, The My Brooklyn Fatherhood Program and the Attorney Benjamin Crump Social Justice Institute.
Isiah holds degrees from Webster University (Masters, Business Management), South Carolina State University (B.S. Marketing), Aperion Global Institute advanced certifications, Gallup Company Strength Finders certification, and he completed the Harvard Executive company Management program sponsored by Walt Disney Company Consumer Products Division.
Isiah’s favorite motto is, "Every time you build a barrier, I only grow taller, so I can get over the wall."
