Pre-Cannabis Experience: James is a talented and seasoned Real Estate Developer who has an extensive background in spearheading land acquisitions and full infrastructure developments for multi-million-dollar projects. With 18 years of experience in executing top development agreements and management in New York City, Florida, Oklahoma and Haiti with Fortune 500 companies such as Bear Stearn (asset valued at $1.4 Billion), Newmark & Grubb Knight ($200 MM project in Times Square NYC), MetLife (National Assets valued at $300MM), responsible redevelopment of the Harlem community, and A-Class waterfront luxury communities in Florida. In his spare time, you can find James writing self-help books (author of the book Elysium) or painting large canvases to add to his known art collection. Mr. Victor’s paintings have inspired the James Henry logo and new packaging designs. Most notably, James has invested in the research to understand the medical benefits and scientific advancement of the cannabis plant.
