PURPOSE
The Journal of Intellectual Property, Technology and Law strives for membership to further exploration, innovation, critical thinking, and analysis of the emerging fields in the areas of Intellectual Property Law, and Technology subject to, but not limited to: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright, Trade Secrets, Trade Dress, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Sports and Entertainment law, Music and Entertainment law, Apparel, Accessories, & Luxury Goods, Unfair Competition, Anti-Counterfeiting & Gray Markets, and all other subareas pertaining to Intellectual Property, Technology, and Law.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is determined by a “Write-On Competition” held each year by current editors. Membership may also be determined through a “Grade-On” process.
