Kim Parker

Raised in Brooklyn, New York, Kim is an experienced civil trial attorney who represents individuals in Maryland and the District of Columbia, in premises and product liability matters, catastrophic injuries, civil rights litigation and bankruptcy. She is a graduate of John Jay College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies. She earned her law degree from University of Baltimore School of Law, in Baltimore, Maryland. She was previously an Associate Attorney for Norris Ramsey, a champion for civil rights in Maryland. Kim is licensed to practice in all Maryland and DC courts, including the Maryland Supreme Court, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also admitted to practice in the federal district courts in Maryland and DC.
