Micale Allen

Micale is a former D1-AA collegiate athlete and HBCU graduate. His passion for sports and dedication have been evident since his days at Robert Morris University, where he contributed to winning an NEC conference championship. After a transformative freshman season, Micale transferred to Morgan State as a walk-on, proving his dedication by earning a full scholarship. His leadership qualities shone through as he was named a captain and served on the team's leadership council, contributing to the team's MEAC conference championship. Micale holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Morgan State University. Building on this foundation, he furthered his education by earning a Masters in Sports Management with a concentration in Athletic Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
Micale began his professional journey in the sports world with the NFL Players Association, where he quickly rose through the ranks. His multifaceted roles spanned executive, finance, legal, and player services, with a primary focus on connecting active and former players to marketing and endorsement opportunities. His contributions played a pivotal role in the growth of the NFLPA's Player Camp program and in managing partnerships with industry giants such as EA, Fanatics, and Panini. Transitioning to the venture capital space, Micale assumed the role of Director of NFL Athlete Relations for X10 Capital. In this capacity, he made strategic investments into the potential earnings of NFL players, demonstrating his keen insight into the sports business landscape. Recognizing the need among student-athletes, he shifted focus to invest in college athletes' future professional earnings at Big League Advantage.
Beyond his professional career, he's the President of the Black Sports Professionals, promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in sports across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Additionally, Micale's commitment extends to his previous role as a Board Member and Fundraising Chair for the Aaron Donald "AD99" Foundation, symbolizing unwavering support for students and sports professionals.
