Niya Fleming

Born & raised in Southern Maryland, Niya Fleming is an A&R Coordinator at Def Jam Recordings in New York where she works on projects for artists such as DaniLeigh & Alessia Cara, assists with Creative while conducting lyrics & credits, and also serves as the Def Jam Representative for Universal Music Group’s (UMG) Youth Task Force for Meaningful Change. She is a graduate of the illustrious North Carolina A&T State University where she not only received her Bachelors of Science in Pure Mathematics, but also worked as a College & Lifestyle Marketing Representative for Universal Music Group; her list of projects included artists such as Migos, Queen Naija, Lil Baby, Jhené Aiko, the late Mac Miller, and more. Ms. Fleming has been named to Universal Music Group Youth Task Force for Meaningful Change.
