Valerie D. Baston

Valerie D. Baston is Attorney/Founder of Baston Law, P.C. and is of counsel with The Cochran Firm-Texas Division. She is a former prosecutor who has over twenty-one years of experience in criminal law, juvenile law, civil law, entertainment law and Asset Forfeiture. She is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. She is also admitted to practice in the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.

Attorney Baston has negotiated multiple management, recording and publishing deals. She has represented Perfect Artist Management Company in various entertainment industry deals and recently worked with Trindad Cardona (Island Records), Willstrumentals (Sony) and Enchanting (1017 and Atlantic).
