Financial Aid
MAKING AN INVESTMENT IN YOUR CAREER
Students, Welcome to the Southern University Law Center (SULC) Office of Financial Aid!
The SULC Office of Financial Aid is committed to helping prospective and current students understand and plan for the financial investment involved in pursuing a law degree. Financial assistance from many sources is available to help pay for your legal education. The SULC financial aid staff will make every effort to assist you in identifying these sources. SULC has the lowest in-state tuition rate in Louisiana. You’ll receive a nationally recognized legal education at an affordable value. Click here for information on tuition and budgeting.
The key to understanding financial aid is understanding the financial aid process at SULC. Students must complete the financial aid process annually to receive federal financial aid. Commonly requested information is provided at the links to the left. You may contact the Office of Financial Aid should you have additional questions.
