Southern University Law Center postpones spring 2020 commencement
The Southern University Law Center has postponed its upcoming spring commencement due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Chancellor John K. Pierre and campus leadership respects the recent mandates set forth by state authorities and wants to ensure the safety of its students, employees, and guests.
Once the campus receives the necessary approvals from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and state authorities on future business operations, the Law Center will provide the prospective graduates and campus community with new ceremony details so that we can recognize and celebrate our graduates on their accomplishments and future career paths.
