Southern University Law Center Celebrates More Than 200 Graduates at Saturday Commencement
Baton Rouge, La. – The Southern University Law Center (SULC) will honor its graduates at the 2026 Spring Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 16, at 10:00 a.m. The ceremony will be held at the F.G. Clark Activity Center on Southern University’s campus.
The keynote speaker for the ceremony will be Erin Monroe, Market Vice President for Greater Louisiana at Cox Communications.
Monroe is a 2002 alumna of SULC and a distinguished executive leader and public servant. As Market Vice President, she oversees daily operations and engages more than 600 employees in supporting the company’s strategic vision, culture, and performance priorities for its Greater Louisiana Market. For more than two decades, her professional journey has reflected significant contributions in policy development, advocacy, public affairs, organizational operations, and employee engagement.
The ceremony is open to the public and will be live streamed on the Law Center’s YouTube channel. The F.G. Clark Activity Center clear bag policy will be enforced. For more information, go to sulc.edu/commencement.
