From intakes to JPML hearings, we will discuss how to structure your mass tort project using our experience, specifically focusing on the chemical hair relaxer multi-district litigation. We will cover appointment of leadership, when to involve experts, and criteria focused on scientific support. This session will focus on constructing a mass tort project from pre-MDL formation to beginning the work up and litigation of multi-district litigation.
