Why Mass Torts Matter for Your Community and Your Practice (Case in Focus: The Chemical Hair Relaxer Litigation Project) We will provide an overview of mass tort litigation, significance of MDL’s and highlight Mass Tort strategies to empower black and brown communities. We will also discuss LDCs and how can get involved. Legal Marketing: Go from Single Event to Massive Mass Torts Ethics We will teach the attorneys to maximize their legal marketing, branding and development in the Mass Tort market. We will also highlight five ethical do’s and don’ts of Mass Tort marketing. The Chemical Hair Relaxer Case In-Depth: How to Structure the Case From intakes to JPML hearings, we will discuss how to structure your mass tort project using our experience, specifically focusing on the chemical hair relaxer multi-district litigation. We will cover appointment of leadership, when to involve experts, and criteria focused on scientific support. This session will focus on constructing a mass tort project from pre-MDL formation to beginning the work up and litigation of multi-district litigation. |
