Bankruptcy Law Clinic
The mission of the Bankruptcy Law Clinic is to enhance law school education by providing a real-life lawyering experience for the law student; offering quality bankruptcy legal services to a community that has been historically underrepresented. The students will interview, counsel and represent clients in Consumer bankruptcy cases, attend creditors meetings as well as assist clients who are dealing with unprecedented financial crisis, and appear in court for contested matters when the clinic’s assistance is requested by the bankruptcy judge. The work of the clinic is supported by a generous grant from the American College of Bankruptcy and its Foundation.
