Juvenile Law Clinic
The Juvenile Law Clinic represents children and adults by both divisions of the Court. Student attorneys represent children who may be held criminally culpable at age 10 until age 21. Student attorneys will also represent clients on reviews, misdemeanors and felonies from the arrest, and detention hearings to adjudications to the final disposition of a delinquency case. Student attorneys also represent youths and adults in “Children in Need of Care” cases.
