The New Orleans Workers' Center for Racial Justice (NOWCRJ) is looking to hire an Executive Director!The NOWCRJ seeks an individual with high motivation, initiative, dedication to the leadership of directly affected individuals, faith in the transformative power of marginalized communities, patience, stamina, the ability to work well under pressure, a passion for teamwork and teambuilding, enthusiasm for leveraging legal work to build member power, and experience in leadership roles within labor, pro-black, immigrant rights, or grassroots electoral organizations.
